Drag Chanteuse. Art Lover. Virtual Historian. Aspiring Warrior Princess. These titles and many more describe Ortensia de Loren. Since my first night under the spotlight, I have found drag as an art form and a lifetime vocation.

I was a precocious child. While most kids were reading Goodnight Moon, I was reading The Lives of the Kings & Queens of England. (I also read The Prince, but I never became Machiavellian...) I was fascinated by everything and anything concerning monarchs who ruled with their hearts. I would eventually receive my bachelor's and master's in history. With an equal passion for new and digital media, I found ways to incorporate both old records and new technology into my work.

I may not be able to kick my legs high or go into splits, but I have quite the sultry voice. Live singing is a talent and, in drag culture, a unique asset. There is a philosophical element behind the makeup and cinching. Drag - like art - is the ability to conceptualize and manifest abstract ideas. Being a drag queen has allowed me to embody complexities and carry myself with pride.

Promoting a brand. Creating fabulous shows. Having great attention to detail. Who better to understand these objectives than a drag queen! From performing on stage, to producing events, I have developed skills for consulting on projects big and small. Education and experience has built a wealth of knowledge which, in turn, allows me to act, think, and live creatively. Whether you're planning to host a unique event, or looking for help on your next branding project, it would be a pleasure to work with you.
